Approved HFC Credit Vendors

USDA GUS Underwriting System

HFC is an approved USDA GUS user. This automated underwriting system allows participating lender to receive faster loan decisions, streamlined documentation requirements, better quality loans, more consistency in program delivery. The GUS approval also allows for reduced Credit Waivers and Ratio Waivers having to be issued by HFC.  By using an approved credit vendor allows HFC to re-issue credit reports.
