Homebuyer Education

Some States required that all First Time Homebuyers complete a Homebuyer Education course. Normally most organizations use Ameridream for their training online. However you may contact your local USDA RD office for information on local in classroom setting instructions.

  1. Click on “I am a Homebuyer”
  2. Click on “Homebuyer Education”
  3. Click on “Begin our Online Workshop” (in blue letters on the left hand side).
  4. Click “Click Here to Register Today” (in blue letters on the right hand side). You will create your password.
  5. Log back in under Begin our Online Workshop with your password.
  6. Once completed the certificate will be emailed to you.
